If you have any questions on details about doing lawn service with us, here is some more information. This section should help answer most of your questions, If not then please call us and we will be happy to talk with you. As far as what all is included & what you get with your lawn service, that can be found on the SERVICES page.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you’re not happy with our service or work at anytime then we are not happy either. Please feel free to let me know directly if there is something we need to correct, or that I may need to be aware of. We strive to provide our best lawn work possible and to satisfy our customers 100%. If you are still not satisfied then you can cancel your lawn and landscape service at anytime and owe nothing else.
Should you find our work not up to your expectations please contact us. We will go back out to your property at our expense, to correct or re-do the problem until you are 100% satisfied.
Agreement for Service: A handshake and your word is how we continue to do business with you.
WE DO NOT DO WRITTEN CONTRACTS for lawn service. You are under NO obligation to sign any agreement for our monthly services and you can cancel your service if needed at any time with written or verbal notice. If you are a year round customer that is set up for 12 monthly payments, please don't plan on canceling when winter gets here. You are still resposible for 12 monthly payments that are due listed on the plan information page, 3 winter months have reduced prices since we are not there as much.
Landscape jobs will require a 25% to 50% down payment to start, and full payment is due upon completion of project.
Our customer's keep us year after year and season after season because they WANT to, and not because they are forced to. We are 100% committed to providing you with quality service done right and you will be happy with for as long as you need it. We hope you will be very satisfied with our lawn service. However, If you do feel the need to cancel for some reason then please call us.
References are available upon request for you at anytime.
Mowing Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 to 6:00, only are mowing days, If you have a certain day of the week you would like your service done on, please let us know and we will try to reserve that day for you. *If you have a underground sprinkler system PLEASE set it to water either 2 days BEFORE, or 2 days AFTER your scheduled Mow date to help us keep from mowing wet grass and water. No major Holidays, Saturday's and Sunday's are reserved for your privacy and time, as well as our employee family time. If we can not mow on your scheduled day for some reason; bad weather, rain, to wet, holiday, etc. Then we will mow your lawn ASAP or the following week of your scheduled mow day. If you have a event or something special that you would like your yard mowed for, please let us know a week in advance if possible so we can schedule you in.
Pets/ Locked Gates: Please know that if we notice your dog in the back yard and are not comfortable with the dog, we will kindly close the gate and NOT mow that area of your yard. We do this for the safety of your pet as well as our employee's, nobody wants a dog bite. PLEASE make arrangements to have your pet put somewhere else on your scheduled day and please pick up your dog's mess before your mow day, this is a big help to us. We will ring your doorbell and alert you we are there so you can put your dog up for us if you are home.
*If you must use a lock on your gate, please leave us a key, or the combination so we can get in. If we can not get in to mow you WILL still be billed, we will try to make a additional trip back. Please note,we do not pick up pet droppings,that is your responsibility.
Monthly Billing: Monthly bills for regular lawn service customer's are sent out on the last day of the month work was done. They are due on reciept, so please don't be late. One time jobs, big clean ups, lawn work and some Landscape jobs may require 50% down. All accounts past due will have work put on hold until balance is paid in full. These terms will renew automatically every year unless canceled by either party.
State Sales Tax of 8.25% is charged on all work done and materials. If your are exempt, please provide us with the needed form and numbers.
Payments: We accept checks, cash, or credit cards using PayPal*. Please note, if you are using PayPal you will be charged a 3% convenience fee per transaction. This is what we are charged for offering PayPal for customer's that use this feature. If you what to avoid this cost, we suggest you pay by check or your bank's online bill pay system.
Damage to Property: We try to take every precaution to protect your property, but sometimes accidents can happen. If you find we have damaged a sprinkler head, drain cover, flower pot, etc. Please contact us and we will gladly repair or replace it. For those customer's that have Christmas Lights installed on Bushes and Edge lines we will work around them as best as possible.sometimes we will not be able to edge or prune until they are down.
Fuel Surcharge: Sometimes we have to charge a fuel surcharge to help cover high gas and oil costs that have a tremendous effect on our lawn service business. A gas surcharge will be applied monthly if unleaded gas prices go over $3.75 a gallon.
